75 cadres and civil servants of Thanh Cong and Phan Thanh communes were trained in digital skills.

On September 22-23, the Department of Science and Technology of Cao Bang province organized two training courses on digital skills and the exploitation and use of information systems serving the two-level government for 75 officials and civil servants of Thanh Cong and Phan Thanh communes.

Overview of the training class in Phan Thanh commune

Training content: Knowledge and skills in searching and filtering information on search engines; managing and storing digital data for work; communicating and collaborating in a digital environment; ensuring safety when using computers and protecting data ; creating digital content; exploiting and using information systems serving two-level governments; VNPT -ioffice administrative procedure settlement information system; online public services.

The training class reporter guides trainees in practicing document processing according to the flow on the document management and operation system VNPT-ioffice.

Through training, improving capacity, digital skills, changing digital thinking, digital culture and proactively adapting to new technology of the team of commune-level officials and civil servants, thereby reducing work pressure and increasing efficiency in a streamlined administrative environment, improving the quality of service to the people, meeting task requirements in the new situation.
