Training on operating the Operational Information System

On the morning of June 26, the Office of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee held a training conference and handed over cryptographic equipment and products to operate and exploit confidential documents on the Operational Information System software to office leaders, information technology officers, and archivists of the Party agencies of 54 Party Committees of communes and wards in the province.

At the conference, delegates were introduced by Viettel An Giang reporters, informed about the features and outstanding new features of the operating system; guided on the process of handling outgoing and incoming documents; how to use, operate, and update the database on the Operational Information System.

The operational management information system in Party agencies is software that helps digitize document management and operational management, bringing many practical benefits to all Party agencies from the central to local levels, contributing to improving the effectiveness of management and operation, building a professional, modern and effective administration.

This is the core digital infrastructure, the core tool to improve the efficiency of consulting, document processing, work assignment, and progress monitoring in a fast, accurate, economical, and transparent manner.
