Focusing on improving the level and quality of the Party's strategic advisory work is the direction of General Secretary To Lam at the first Congress of the Party Central Committees of Party Agencies for the 2025-2030 term, which opened on the morning of September 24.
Also attending were former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and many other Party leaders and former leaders.
During the past term, the Party Committees of the Central Party Agencies have affirmed their pioneering and exemplary roles in comprehensively leading the Party building work and implementing political tasks, making important contributions to innovating the Party's leadership and governance methods, enhancing the Party's prestige, position and strength and consolidating the people's trust.

Praising the achievements of the Party Committee, General Secretary To Lam emphasized that the quality of the activities of the Central Party agencies is decisive to the leadership capacity, governing capacity and fighting strength of the entire Party. The General Secretary suggested that the Congress continue to discuss, supplement and perfect the tasks and breakthrough solutions in the coming term, in which it is necessary to consistently meet three requirements: ensuring Party spirit, fighting spirit and pioneering spirit in all aspects of work; strengthening coordination, close cooperation and close attachment with the people, all advice and proposals must come from the aspirations and legitimate interests of the people.
Along with that, General Secretary To Lam also requested the Party Committee to focus on four key points: improving the level and quality of strategic advisory work; strongly innovating leadership, management and operation methods; building a truly clean, strong and exemplary Party Committee and especially paying attention to improving the quality of the staff.
