Tay Ninh started the project to build access roads to 03 bridges on route DT.827E

On August 19, 2025, Tay Ninh held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Project to build access roads to 03 bridges on DT.827E route in Tan Tru commune to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Nguyen Thanh Hai; Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Lam attended.

Delegates perform the groundbreaking ceremony of the Project

DT.827E route connects Ho Chi Minh City - Tay Ninh - Dong Thap, about 55 km long, starting at Pham Hung Street (Ho Chi Minh City), ending at Trung Luong intersection (Dong Thap province). Of which, the section through Ho Chi Minh City is 5.8 km long, the section through Dong Thap province is 14.2 km long, and the section through Tay Ninh province is more than 35 km long, passing through many important areas, crossing 03 large rivers: Can Giuoc, Vam Co Dong and Vam Co Tay . According to the plan, the route is built with a complete scale of 10 lanes (06 main lanes and 04 parallel lanes). Phase 1 of the project focuses on building access roads to 03 bridges, with a total investment of 3,040 billion VND from the provincial budget. The next phases will be deployed to complete the entire route when there are enough resources, ensuring compliance with the proposed planning orientation.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Lam said: The project is not only a key traffic project, but also an event of profound political , economic and social significance, demonstrating the province's determination to materialize the spirit of "Innovation - Development - Integration"; opening up new development space, promoting trade, attracting investment, improving people's lives, while ensuring traffic safety and protecting the ecological environment.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Lam gave a directive speech

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the departments and branches of the province Urgently coordinate and remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of project implementation; guide and closely monitor the implementation of regulations on investment management, finance, materials and human resources. People's Committees of communes where the road passes through focus on completing site clearance work, ensuring timely, clean and safe handover; mobilize people to agree and support construction, especially in infrastructure relocation, resettlement and security and order protection in the area. Particularly for construction units, it is necessary to organize scientific construction, comply with design, technical standards, ensure quality, progress and aesthetics of the project; pay special attention to labor safety, traffic safety and environmental sanitation throughout the construction process; mobilize adequate human resources, equipment, materials, and continuous construction to shorten the time, striving to exceed the set schedule./.
