My Family Suddenly Happy is currently the TV series that receives the most mixed reactions. The audience is tired of the series with consecutive tragic situations: Danh and Tram Anh's couple separate, Phuong has her third miscarriage and divorces, Cong has stage 3 stomach cancer.

Towards the end of the film, the tragic details become more and more numerous, making the audience overwhelmed and angry. In particular, the scene where Cong (Quang Su) calmly accepts the divorce caused quite a strong reaction. Many people think that this character is too irresponsible and cold towards his wife.

The plot of Cong having cancer is difficult for the audience to accept.

After taking his wife back to her hometown to "return" her to her parents, Cong revealed that he had stage 3 stomach cancer, causing the whole family to fall into grief. In this situation, the audience did not sympathize with the character but felt "cheated" and found it difficult to accept.

The fact that the film has too many tragedies but the motif is not new has made the audience bored. In response to the public's reaction, director Le Do Ngoc Linh responded: "Our film was originally made with the theme of family. Each family couple in the film has to overcome their own incidents, which can be small or big incidents. And the way they overcome is always surprising, lovely, realistic and has things that inspire the audience.

The Cong - Phuong couple will be the same. They are currently facing what can be said to be the biggest events in their lives, but they still have to move forward. The characters will truly bond and have vitality when they know how to overcome their own events."

The director also told the audience: "We really appreciate the audience's feelings, because they love, hate, pay attention, and pay attention to give us such feedback. I am sure that the next parts, the changes in the next story of the film will definitely be very attractive and worth your continued follow-up."
