SF has just released a video showing the moment Russian troops attacked an S-300 air defense system of the Ukrainian Armed Forces deployed near the city of Apostolovo in the Dnepropetrovsk region. The video shows a tactical ballistic missile, most likely a 9M723, fired by an Iskander-M system, exploding on a radar vehicle, a 9A83-1 transport launcher (TELR), and a 9S32 Grill Pan attack radar. The S-300 system was shattered by the ballistic missile explosion.

Prior to the start of Russia's special military operation, Kyiv's forces had approximately 100 S-300P, S-300PT, S-300PS, and S-300V1 batteries in service. In the first few months of operation, they received an additional S-300PMU system from Slovakia.

Many of Ukraine's S-300 systems have been destroyed, damaged, or captured by the Russian military since the start of Russia's special military operation.

The Russian military has intensified attacks targeting Russian air defense systems in the special military zone over the past few months.

Ukraine's air defense capabilities continue to deteriorate despite significant support from the US and other allies. Russian forces are still conducting attacks on targets across the country.

Russian artillery destroys Vampire system.

Previously, the Russian army destroyed Ukraine's Vampire system in the Belgorod region. According to the AVP, Russian artillery units successfully destroyed a Czech-made Vampire multiple rocket launcher system. This Vampire system was used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to attack territory in the Belgorod region. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense , the precise coordinates of the Ukrainian Vampire system were determined by Russian intelligence, and the target was subsequently attacked using a Grad system.

The effective operation of Russian artillery also extended to the destruction of camouflaged firing positions and ammunition depots of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. These actions were part of an expanded operation aimed at neutralizing the threat posed by Ukrainian forces shelling densely populated Russian areas along the border.

The elimination of the Czech Republic's Vampire system was a significant success in reducing the artillery threat to the Belgorod region. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the Russian military in detecting and destroying enemy artillery.
