On March 22, THACO representative - Mr. Nguyen Van Nhut, Director of THACO AGRI An Giang attended the inauguration ceremony of Kenh 15 bridge in Co To town and Tan Vong bridge in Tan Tuyen commune, Tri Ton district, An Giang province.

Construction started in October 2023. Currently , Kenh 15 bridge is 30m long, 4m wide, and has a load capacity of 5 tons; Tan Vong bridge is 46m long, 4m wide, and has a load capacity of 5 tons. The total cost of building the two bridges is nearly 3 billion VND, of which THACO supports 2.35 billion VND to contribute to the construction of new rural areas and economic development of Tri Ton district.
At the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Be Tam - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tri Ton district said that Tri Ton is a mountainous, border and poor district of An Giang province, with 12 communes and 3 towns bordering Cambodia with a total border length of 15.5km. In the past, the locality has tried to mobilize resources to serve the needs of the people, but due to limited capital, many urgent locations still do not have bridges.
Speaking at the ceremony, Director of THACO AGRI An Giang Nguyen Van Nhut said: “ The sponsorship of the bridge construction in Tri Ton district demonstrates THACO ’s support in sharing difficulties with the locality. At the same time, THACO hopes that people in the province will have convenient transportation, develop trade, thereby stabilizing their lives and developing the local socio -economy.”
