The government has requested ministries, sectors, and localities to accelerate the development of digital infrastructure, build and connect national and specialized databases with the National Data Center, and complete data governance platforms to serve digital transformation and administrative procedure reform this year.

This is the content of the conclusions of the third meeting this year of the Government's Steering Committee on the development of science , technology, innovation, digital transformation and Project 06.

The Ministry of Science and Technology is tasked with leading and coordinating with the Ministry of Public Security and relevant agencies to synthesize, evaluate, develop, and update the National Digital Master Architecture Framework, and submit it to the Prime Minister before June 15th.

Ministries, sectors, and localities must also assign a single focal point for digital transformation to manage and coordinate digital infrastructure, digital platforms, databases, connectivity, sharing, and ensure data security, to be completed by June.

Simultaneously, urgently coordinate the transfer of information technology infrastructure and data systems to the National Data Center according to the registered roadmap. The Ministry of Public Security is the focal agency responsible for connecting and synchronizing national and specialized databases to the National Data Center in September.
