Accordingly, the Standing Working Group of the Social Insurance Region XI will directly direct, supervise and support the work of receiving, guiding and handling records related to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance when organizing local government according to the 2-level model.
Timely handle situations that arise and problems in practice, ensuring that the rights of people and businesses are not interrupted. Coordinate with local authorities and relevant agencies to remove difficulties and agree on a solution suitable to the characteristics of each locality.
The working group at the Inter-District Social Insurance has the task of closely following the locality and facilities; identifying and evaluating public administrative locations with many records and situations that need to be handled in order to develop a plan to assign and send staff to proactively and promptly perform tasks and handle arising situations.
At the same time, arrange for officials to directly receive and return administrative procedure results; summarize and report periodically daily and suddenly on implementation progress, difficulties, and recommend adjustments to policies and procedures when necessary.
