Accordingly, the Social Insurance of Region XI and the inter-district Social Insurance agencies established 10 working groups to ensure service to people and businesses in handling administrative procedures; ensuring timeliness, smoothness, and meeting the requirements of the 2-level local government model.

Social Insurance officers guide people through administrative procedures related to unemployment insurance.

Accordingly, the Standing Working Group of the Social Insurance Region XI will directly direct, supervise and support the work of receiving, guiding and handling records related to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance when organizing local government according to the 2-level model.

Timely handle arising situations and problems in practice, ensuring that the rights of people and businesses are not interrupted. Coordinate with local authorities and relevant agencies to remove difficulties and agree on appropriate solutions according to the characteristics of each locality.

The working group at the Inter-District Social Insurance has the task of closely following the locality and facility; identifying and evaluating public administrative locations that generate many records and situations that need to be handled in order to develop a plan to assign and send staff to proactively and promptly perform tasks and handle arising situations.

At the same time, arrange for officials to directly receive and return administrative procedure results; summarize and report periodically daily and suddenly on implementation progress, difficulties, and recommend adjustments to policies and procedures when necessary.
