Accordingly, the Standing Task Force of the Social Insurance Region XI will directly direct, supervise, and support the work of receiving, guiding, and resolving dossiers related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance when local government is organized according to the two-tier model.
Promptly address emerging situations and obstacles in practice, ensuring that the rights and interests of citizens and businesses are not disrupted. Coordinate with local authorities and relevant agencies to resolve difficulties and agree on solutions appropriate to the specific characteristics of each locality.
The task force at the inter-district Social Insurance office is responsible for closely monitoring the local area and facilities; identifying and evaluating public administrative locations where many files and situations requiring processing arise, in order to develop plans for assigning and deploying staff to proactively and promptly carry out tasks and handle emerging situations.
Simultaneously, assign officials to directly receive and process administrative procedures; compile and report regularly, daily and on an ad hoc basis, on the progress of implementation, difficulties encountered, and recommendations for adjusting policies and procedures when necessary.
