The My Thuan Commune Youth Union has just established a team of youth volunteers to support digital transformation at the Commune's Public Administrative Service Center, with the participation of youth union officials, members, and young people from affiliated branches.

The My Thuan Commune Youth Union has just established a team of youth volunteers to support digital transformation at the Commune's Public Administrative Service Center, with the participation of youth union officials, members, and young people from affiliated branches.

Accordingly, from May to December 31, 2026, youth union officials, members, and young people will continue to support citizens in registering and activating level 2 VNeID accounts; guiding them in submitting online public service applications; making online payments; registering bank accounts; and accessing digital utilities.

Youth union members directly guide the elderly and those with limited digital skills using a "hands-on" approach, with easy-to-understand instructions tailored to each individual. Branch unions intensify their outreach through Zalo and Facebook groups and community meetings to help people effectively access the benefits of digital transformation.

This activity contributes to promoting the pioneering and voluntary role of local youth in participating in digital transformation, enhancing digital skills for the people, and spreading the "Digital Literacy Movement" in the commune.
