Establish a bronze casting trade union in Tra Dong village.

On the afternoon of August 28th, the Thieu Hoa District Labor Union announced the decision to establish the Tra Dong Village Bronze Casting Workers' Union in Thieu Trung Commune. This is the first union established under the Thieu Hoa District Labor Union.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor Unions Nguyen Minh Canh presented flowers to congratulate the Provisional Executive Committee of the trade union.

At the ceremony, the Thieu Hoa District Labor Union announced the decision to establish the Tra Dong Village Bronze Casting Workers' Union with 111 members, a provisional Executive Committee of 7 members, with artisan Le Van Bay as the provisional Chairman.

The Tra Dong Village Bronze Casting Workers' Union was established to unite artisans and workers in the bronze casting village of Thieu Trung commune into a trade union organization.

The members are artisans, workers, and owners of bronze production and business establishments in Tra Dong village who participate in the union.

The trade union has the function and nhiệm vụ of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of its members; providing support in knowledge, science and technology, and market research to improve product quality and income for workers; organizing cultural and sports activities and community events to connect members and improve their spiritual lives; contributing to the development of the bronze casting industry, preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values ​​of the locality.

Leaders of the Provincial Labor Union and leaders of Thieu Hoa district presented gifts to union members.

On this occasion, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor presented 15 gifts to union members and provided 5 million VND in initial funding to support the union's activities.
