Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen (left cover) presented the decision to establish the Ca Mau Provincial Development Investment Fund.
The conference announced the decision of the Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of the Ca Mau Provincial Development Investment Fund, on the basis of merging the Ca Mau Provincial Development Investment Fund (old) and the Bac Lieu Provincial Development Investment Fund (old); announced the decision of the Provincial People's Committee to appoint the Director, Deputy Directors and Head of the Fund Control Board.
Ca Mau Provincial Development Investment Fund (Fund) is a non-budgetary State financial fund, operating not for profit, preserving and developing capital; performing lending and investment functions in the province according to the provisions of Decree No. 147/2020/ND-CP of the Government , and regulations in the Charter of organization and operation of the Fund.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen presented the decision to appoint the Director, Deputy Directors and Head of the Fund Control Board.
The Fund's organizational structure includes: Board of Management, Board of Supervisors and Executive Board.
Mr. Le Minh Luan, Director of the Ca Mau Provincial Development Investment Fund (old) was appointed to the position of Director of the Ca Mau Provincial Development Investment Fund after the merger.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen congratulated the Provincial Development Investment Fund and the newly appointed comrades. Thereby, he requested the Fund's leadership to urgently complete the organization, personnel and specialized departments, ensuring synchronous and smooth operations; coordinate with the Department of Finance to advise the Provincial People's Committee to complete the Management Board, ensuring the composition to resolve related issues arising during the Fund's operations; develop and submit for promulgation the Fund's organization and operation charter; review and advise the Provincial People's Council to promulgate the list of investment and lending fields of the Fund for the period 2025-2030 according to regulations, as a basis for implementation.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen hopes and believes that the Fund's leadership will promote the spirit of solidarity and unity, perform well the assigned tasks, and contribute to promoting the socio-economic development of the province in the coming time.
