The program brings together many outstanding young faces from 20 countries, including Vietnamese youth at home and abroad, who share the same aspiration to contribute to the sustainable development of their homeland with the goal of creating an academic, multidimensional and in-depth space for the young generation of Vietnam to discuss, speak up and act for a sustainable future.
Youth delegates will jointly develop and publish a “Joint Youth Declaration” – expressing the voice, commitment and direction of action of the young generation on the theme of sustainable development in 2025.
The program includes in-depth workshops, leadership training, policy simulations and community initiative design around the four pillars of sustainable development: Economy - Society - Environment and Education.
The program is accompanied by international experts, business leaders and development organizations to ensure practicality, multidimensionality and cohesion.
VYGO 2025 has the theme: “Sustainable development for people and the planet”. The program includes in-depth and interactive activities designed to promote critical thinking, leadership capacity and global connections for Vietnamese and international youth. Including: Forums and seminars: Delegates will participate in a series of seminars with senior speakers from Top 50 Thinkers, businesses and international organizations. The content focuses on green growth, social equity, educational innovation, sustainable entrepreneurship and development policy.
Designing community initiatives for sustainable development; Intergenerational dialogue and global networking; Building a “Joint Youth Declaration” on sustainable development 2025 and a cultural gala night.
