- On the afternoon of May 13, the People's Committee of Lang Son city held a conference to disseminate and implement the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents (VBQPPL) in 2025; Decree guiding the implementation and training on professional skills in building, inspecting, reviewing and systematizing VBQPPL in 2025 in the city. Nearly 100 delegates representing the People's Council's committees, management staff and civil servants assigned to perform tasks related to legal documents in Lang Son city attended.

At the conference, delegates listened to a reporter from the Department of Justice of Lang Son province convey the following contents: the authority to issue legal documents of local authorities; the process of drafting and issuing legal documents according to the simplified procedure, the responsibilities of agencies in this process; inspection, handling, review, and systematization of legal documents; recommendations for handling illegal documents; and organization of law enforcement.

The work of developing, inspecting, reviewing and systematizing legal documents plays an important role in ensuring consistency, transparency and effectiveness of state management. In recent times, this work in Lang Son city has achieved many positive results, contributing to perfecting the legal system and serving the task of state management at the local level. The Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents No. 64/2025/QH15, passed by the National Assembly on February 19, 2025, together with the Decrees guiding its implementation (Decrees 78/2025/ND-CP, 79/2025/ND-CP, 80/2025/ND-CP) takes effect from April 1, 2025. Therefore, the conference was held to update and promptly deploy for the team of managers and civil servants assigned to perform tasks on legal documents in the city to understand and implement.
