The city of Tuyen Quang currently has 42 influential individuals, of which over 30% are Party branch secretaries, village/hamlet heads, heads of Fatherland Front committees, and participants in grassroots mass organizations. Playing a pioneering and exemplary role, these influential individuals in the city have truly served as an important bridge, helping Party committees and authorities at all levels to disseminate and mobilize ethnic minority communities to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, and to effectively carry out local political tasks; setting a good example and encouraging relatives and people in villages, hamlets, and residential areas to actively engage in labor, production, socio-economic development, building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; preserving and promoting ethnic cultural identity, and protecting the environment...
The team of reputable individuals also plays an active role in transforming the structure of crop and livestock production, applying scientific and technical advancements to achieve high efficiency; propagating and mobilizing people's consensus in land clearance and land donation for the construction of infrastructure projects in the area... At the same time, they make an important contribution to strengthening national unity, maintaining political security, order, and social safety in the locality.
