After nearly 3 years of implementing the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels for the term 2020-2025, the Party Committee of Hoang Van Thu Ward (Thai Nguyen City) has achieved important results. Notably, Hoang Van Thu ward continues to achieve high revenue targets. Concretizing the Resolution of the Party Committee, right from the beginning of the term, the Ward People's Committee has solutions to implement budget collection, actively exploiting all revenue sources, ensuring correct and sufficient collection. Specifically, the ward has performed well the management of budget revenue, and strengthened measures to prevent tax loss.
Every year, the ward strictly implements the inspection, review, collection of all kinds of fees, charges and other taxes; collection of private construction tax, e-commerce business tax.
In addition, the ward also closely reviewed the public land fund, redundant land, actively supported people to legally use the areas that are currently in use but have not yet been granted land use right certificates to pay taxes to the State, increase budget revenue. At the same time, strengthen inspection of business activities, adjust and supplement taxes accordingly, ensuring fairness and compliance with the law.
As a result, every year, the state budget revenue of the ward increased by an average of 2,1%, the local budget revenue increased by an average of 13,6%/year (beyond the resolution target).
In order to promote economic development in the area, in the period of 2020 - 2022, Hoang Van Thu ward has effectively exploited the potential and strengths of the locality. As the central ward of the city, the ward focuses on commercial development, expanding services to become a spearhead field. Currently, in the ward, there are 270 businesses, 1.045 individual business households, and trade services have developed strongly with many restaurants, hotels, commercial centers, educational institutions, hospitals, 5 commercial centers, general supermarkets...
Along with economic development, the ward Party Committee paid special attention to and focused on effectively implementing the PAR Project for the 2021-2025 period, the digital transformation plan according to Resolution No. 01-NQ/TU dated December 31, 12 of the Provincial Party Committee.
For the past three years, the ward has directed to review and fully publicize the administrative processes and procedures under the decision of the Provincial People's Committee; develop a list and electronic process to handle procedures under its authority, direct the well implementation of the process of handling work at the One-Stop-shop Section of the ward.
Currently, the ward is maintaining the implementation of online public services at levels 3 and 4 and software for receiving and handling administrative procedures at the One-Stop Department, ensuring 4-level connectivity; continue to implement the quality management system according to the national standard TCVN ISO 9001: 2015.
With the drastic, synchronous and close direction of the Party Committee, the active participation of the government and departments, agencies, mass organizations, residential groups, Hoang Van Thu ward has achieved many positive results in digital transformation. Identifying economic development as a key task, Party building as a key task, from the beginning of the term until now, the Party Committee of Hoang Van Thu ward has always paid attention to building a clean and strong political system and party organization.
The ward Party Committee currently has 32 branches, with over 1.700 party members.
