Removing obstacles for Hai Duong enterprises when clearing customs online

Representatives of export processing enterprises in Hai Duong raised difficulties in settling import-export tax in 2024 online.

On May 7 and 8, the Support Team of the Customs Branch of Region IV resolved more than 50 problems of export processing enterprises in Hai Duong province when carrying out online customs clearance procedures and tax settlement in 2024.

Support is provided through direct meetings and dialogues with representatives of 10 businesses with many problems, while also creating an online dialogue space with businesses in Hai Duong specializing in importing and exporting goods.

Some problems mentioned by businesses include difficulties in entering some product codes; the process of businesses declaring goods, issuing receipt numbers; how to handle when the transmission line is overloaded, the system rejects or does not respond...

Directly handle problems in the online customs clearance process

By the end of April 2025, the Region IV Customs Branch recorded 191/411 enterprises having problems in the process of transmitting the 2024 settlement report. Through phone and Zalo social network, representatives of the Region IV Customs Branch regularly answered questions in the process of enterprises clearing goods online.
