Comrade Nong Quang Nhat, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, conducted a field inspection.

The project spans over 2km, with a total investment of over 116 billion VND, utilizing funds from the central government budget, the provincial budget, and the budget of Cho Moi commune; it includes two roads, a retaining wall system, drainage culverts, and an intersection with National Highway 3 and provincial roads.

According to a report from the People's Committee of Cho Moi commune, the total construction volume has reached approximately 60% to date. Many important items have been basically completed, such as: the cement concrete retaining wall system, drainage culverts, roadbed, and prefabricated components… The 630m long Line No. 2 has been completed.

However, the project's progress is still facing many difficulties due to obstacles in land clearance, a shortage of fill soil, and the lack of approval for connecting to National Highway 3; four households have not yet agreed with the compensation plan for land clearance. Unfavorable weather conditions have also significantly impacted the project's progress.

During the meeting, representatives from relevant units focused on discussing and proposing solutions to overcome difficulties related to land availability, leveling materials, resettlement mechanisms, and traffic connection procedures.
