Lieutenant Colonel Ho Thanh Thuy, Deputy Political Commissar of the Brigade attended and directed the congress. Attending the congress were comrades in the Party Committee, Brigade commanders, representatives of leaders of agencies and units, and 100 outstanding cadres, union members and youths.

At the congress, delegates discussed enthusiastically, frankly and responsibly, comprehensively evaluating the results of the Union's work and youth movement during the past term.

Lieutenant Colonel Tran Duc Dung, Deputy Head of Politics , Secretary of the Youth Union, chaired the congress.

Many comments focused on clarifying the pioneering and creative role of youth in training, discipline training, formalization, participation in twinning activities, increasing production as well as promoting emulation movements associated with the central political tasks of the unit.

The congress held elections.

The Congress determined the direction, goals, and key tasks for the 2025-2030 term; and elected the new Executive Committee of the Brigade's Youth Union. This is an important step, adding confidence and strength for the young generation of the Brigade to continue affirming the spirit of "Courage - Intelligence - Aggressiveness - Determination to Win".

The Congress of the Youth Union of Brigade 368 for the 2025-2030 term was a great success in the belief, expectation and enthusiasm of the youth of the entire unit. This is not only an important political event of the Youth Union but also a great festival, lighting up the fire of enthusiasm and aspiration to contribute of the youth of Brigade 368, contributing to building a strong and comprehensive unit that is "exemplary and typical", excellently completing all assigned tasks.
