From September 29 to October 3, officers and soldiers of Brigade 950 will exchange and research 6 topics: Ethnic minorities in Vietnam; implementing the Party's viewpoints and policies on ethnic affairs; a number of State policies on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas; preserving and promoting the values ​​and cultural identities of ethnic minorities to meet the requirements of sustainable development; promoting the role of the grassroots political system in socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas; a number of new issues on national defense and security in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

Speaking at the training course, Colonel Le Duc Hai, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Brigade 950 (Military Region 9) requested that the training course be organized closely and seriously; teachers must skillfully combine communication methods, contact, and apply them closely to the practical situation of the unit and locality; and officers and soldiers must proactively learn and actively exchange.

At the end of the class, the Organizing Committee will orient the content and have the officers and soldiers write a report to evaluate the results.
