On September 26, a survey team from the General Department of Defense Industry, led by Major General Duong Van Yen, Deputy Director of the General Department of Defense Industry, came to survey the quality of weapons and technical equipment (VKTBKT) produced and repaired in Vietnam and being equipped and used at Division 330 (Military Region 9).

The delegation conducted a survey and assessment of the current quality and factors affecting the quality of weapons, ammunition, fire equipment, and technical equipment, including weapons, ammunition, firearms, and equipment; the reliability and safety of weapons, ammunition, and technical equipment in exploitation and use; the quality of packaging and preservation boxes, etc.
