Strengthening solidarity and friendship between armed forces and people in the Vietnam - Laos border area

On October 8, the A Dot Border Guard Station (Border Guard of Thua Thien Hue province) coordinated with the A Luoi District Red Cross Society and accompanying units and individuals to organize a propaganda session and give gifts to the armed forces and people of the villages bordering both sides of the Vietnam - Laos border.

At the A Dot - Ta Vang border gate, the A Dot Border Guard Station hosted a flag-raising ceremony at landmark 666; introduced the national territorial sovereignty and border security; the special traditional friendship and solidarity between Vietnam and Laos; regulations and agreements on border management regulations and border gates on land between Vietnam and Laos to people on both sides of the border.

On this occasion, the A Dot Border Guard Station, the A Luoi District Red Cross Society and accompanying units and individuals presented 130 gifts to Border Guard Company 531, Ta Vang Police Station and people of Ka Lo village (Ka Lum district, Se Kong province, Laos). Accompanying this series of activities at the A Dot Border Guard Station, the units presented 2 bicycles to disadvantaged students who have excelled in their studies and 50 gifts to disadvantaged households in A Tin village, Lam Dot commune, A Luoi district, Thua Thien Hue province.
