Rules of the 2025 Lao Cai Province Propaganda Poster Creation Contest

The Organizing Committee of the 2025 Lao Cai Provincial Propaganda Painting Competition has issued the rules of the Propaganda Painting Competition to welcome the success of the 1st Lao Cai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The contest is an opportunity to propagate to cadres, party members and people of all walks of life the meaning and importance of the 1st Lao Cai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Through the contest, we contribute to spreading the message of solidarity, determination, and aspiration for innovation, building a rich, civilized Lao Cai province, becoming an attractive destination in the region.

The contest is open to professional and non-professional artists living in and outside Lao Cai province.

Encourage the participation of cadres, party members, union members, members of socio- political organizations, students, art teachers and people of all walks of life who are talented and love to create propaganda paintings (members of the Organizing Committee and the Jury are not allowed to submit works to the contest).

Entries must meet the following requirements: the size of the entry is 54 cm x 79 cm; the work must be a new creation in 2025, never participated in any competition; must not be copied or imitated from other people's paintings; there are no restrictions on color and form of expression.

Each author can submit one or more works to the contest.

The expected prize structure includes: 1 First prize; 2 Second prizes; 3 Third prizes; 5 Consolation prizes; 1 grassroots prize.

The Organizing Committee will select a number of high-quality works for display, exhibition and promotion purposes. Selected works displayed at the exhibition will be paid royalties according to current laws.

The deadline for submissions is November 13, 2025 ( postmark ). The awards are expected to be presented at the end of November 2025.
