Two more families handed over the land for the Dong Thay Mound Project.

On May 10, Chairman of Thanh Xuan Trung Ward People's Committee (Thanh Xuan District) Nguyen Manh Dat said that two more households have agreed to hand over the site to serve the project of restoring and embellishing the historical relic of Dong Thay mound.

In recent times, the ward's working groups have regularly grasped the thoughts and aspirations, listened to the recommendations of households and individuals who have not agreed to receive money and hand over the land, and from there proposed solutions to ensure the rights of the people.

The propaganda team went to each family, met directly with the people to mobilize their agreement to hand over the land before the enforcement time (May 21 and 22, 2025) and two families agreed to receive money and hand over the land.

According to the Chairman of Thanh Xuan Trung Ward People's Committee, site clearance plays a very important role in the implementation of socio -economic development projects.

One of the key tasks this year of Thanh Xuan district and Thanh Xuan Trung ward is to focus on implementing the project to restore and embellish the Dong Thay mound historical relic - a relic ranked at the national level since 1990.

On April 28, 2025, Thanh Xuan District People's Committee issued Decision No. 114/QD-UBND approving the plan to organize the enforcement of land recovery in cases of non-compliance with the handover of land to implement this project.
