In the period of 2020-2025, the Company will continuously improve its modern management model, apply science and technology , build a safe and civilized working environment, and at the same time implement many practical social security activities.

By July 2025, Samsung Thai Nguyen will employ 87,000 workers, creating indirect jobs for more than 3,000 workers in supporting enterprises. The average income of workers will reach 15 million VND/month, more than 3 times higher than the regional minimum wage. In the first 6 months of 2025, the enterprise will achieve revenue of more than 353,890 billion VND, contributing more than 1,600 billion VND to the budget.

Enterprises in the province actively apply scientific and technological advances in production, perfect modern management models, and build a safe and civilized working environment.

Not only in the FDI sector, the movement of innovation and creativity has also spread strongly in the collective economic sector. Hao Dat Tea Cooperative, Tan Cuong commune, is a typical example. From a small cooperative with only 3 members, the cooperative has now grown to 7 official members, creating stable jobs for 60 regular workers and hundreds of seasonal workers. Revenue in 2024 reached 43 billion VND, profit 2 billion VND, budget contribution of more than 3.5 billion VND.

Combining competition with community activities

Not only focusing on production and business development, the business community in Thai Nguyen province also pays special attention to social responsibility, linking emulation with community activities.

Many enterprises and cooperatives have proactively set aside a portion of their profits to support humanitarian funds, support the poor, sponsor scholarships for students in difficult circumstances, build charity houses, and contribute to spreading the spirit of mutual love in society.

In the first 9 months of 2025, total retail sales of goods and services in the province reached 69.16 trillion VND, an increase of 17.2% over the same period.

In recent natural disasters, especially Typhoon Yagi in 2024 and Typhoon Matmo in 2025, hundreds of businesses promptly donated money, necessities and sent delegations to directly support people to overcome the consequences and stabilize their lives. These activities clearly demonstrate the spirit of civic responsibility and become vivid evidence of the philosophy of sustainable development - "Businesses develop in harmony with the community".

Mr. Doan Manh Thang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union of Thai Nguyen Industrial Parks, said: Emulation movements in enterprises are closely linked to productivity, quality and efficiency. That is a sustainable direction, helping enterprises develop, workers stay together and trade unions truly become a solid support.

Individuals and collectives with technical innovation initiatives were commended at the Conference to commend advanced models among workers, civil servants and laborers in the 2020-2025 period, organized by the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Thai Nguyen province.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thang, Hero of Labor, First Vice President of the Provincial Business Association, further emphasized: In order for the emulation movement to spread widely, the Association needs to strengthen connections and expand its membership network, especially in the fields of high technology, clean agriculture and digital economy. When businesses share and compete together, the combined strength will help the Thai Nguyen business community develop more firmly.

The results show that in the first 9 months of 2025, the socio-economic situation of Thai Nguyen province achieved many positive marks: Industrial production index increased by 8.81% over the same period last year; export turnover is estimated at 21 billion USD, import reached 13 billion USD; total retail sales of goods and service revenue reached over 69 trillion VND, up 17.2%; budget revenue reached 16,324 billion VND.

Notably, the whole province has more than 1,300 newly established enterprises, with a total registered capital of over 10,000 billion VND. This is a testament to the belief, aspiration to rise up and the spirit of competition in the Thai Nguyen business community.

It is recommended that authorities at all levels continue to promote administrative procedure reform, support digital transformation, and promote trade so that the business community has more motivation to innovate and increasingly improve operational efficiency..." - Mr. Nguyen Van Thoi, Chairman of the Provincial Business Association.

Each movement has a strong influence, arousing the spirit of innovation, creativity and social responsibility in the business community, becoming a driving force to promote the socio-economic development of the province.

In the period of 2025-2030, the movement "Collecting, paying and managing the budget" alone has attracted the attention and response of agencies, units, localities, and the business community in the province, creating high consensus, determination to overcome difficulties, contributing to the completion of the province's socio-economic development plan; State budget revenue in the area increased from 16,440 billion VND in 2020 to 24,735 billion VND in 2025 (1.6 times higher). Since 2023, the province has balanced its revenue and expenditure and has regulated the central budget.
