During the period 2020-2025, the company continuously improved its modern management model, applied science and technology , built a safe and civilized working environment, and implemented many practical social welfare activities.

By July 2025, Samsung Thai Nguyen will employ 87,000 workers, creating indirect jobs for more than 3,000 workers in supporting businesses. The average income of workers will reach 15 million VND/month, more than three times higher than the regional minimum wage. In the first six months of 2025, the company achieved revenue of over 353,890 billion VND, contributing more than 1,600 billion VND to the state budget.

The movement for innovation and creativity is not only prevalent in the FDI sector but is also spreading strongly within the collective economic sector. The Hao Dat Tea Cooperative in Tan Cuong commune is a prime example. From a small cooperative with only 3 members, it has now grown to 7 official members, providing stable employment for 60 permanent workers and hundreds of seasonal workers. In 2024, its revenue reached 43 billion VND, profit was 2 billion VND, and it contributed over 3.5 billion VND to the state budget.

Linking emulation campaigns with community service activities.

In addition to focusing on production and business development, the business community in Thai Nguyen province also pays special attention to social responsibility, linking emulation with community-oriented activities.

Many businesses and cooperatives have proactively allocated a portion of their profits to support humanitarian funds, assist the poor, provide scholarships for disadvantaged students, and build charitable houses, contributing to spreading the spirit of mutual support and compassion in society.

In the first nine months of 2025, the total retail sales of goods and services in the province reached 69.16 trillion VND, an increase of 17.2% compared to the same period last year.

During recent natural disasters, particularly Typhoon Yagi in 2024 and Typhoon Matmo in 2025, hundreds of businesses promptly donated money and essential supplies and sent teams to directly assist people in overcoming the consequences and stabilizing their lives. These activities clearly demonstrate a sense of civic responsibility and serve as vivid evidence of the philosophy of sustainable development – ​​"Businesses developing in harmony with the community."

Mr. Doan Manh Thang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Union and Head of the Trade Union Committee of Thai Nguyen Industrial Zones, said: "The emulation movements in enterprises are closely linked to productivity, quality, and efficiency. This is a sustainable direction that helps enterprises develop, keeps workers committed, and makes the trade union a truly solid support."

Individuals and groups with innovative technical improvements were honored at the Conference to Commend Outstanding Workers and Employees in the period 2020-2025, organized by the Trade Union of Industrial Zones of Thai Nguyen province.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thang, Labor Hero and First Vice President of the Provincial Business Association, further emphasized: To ensure the emulation movement spreads widely, the Association needs to strengthen connections and expand its membership network, especially in high-tech fields, clean agriculture, and the digital economy. When businesses share and compete together, the combined strength will help the business community in Thai Nguyen develop more steadily.

The results show that in the first nine months of 2025, Thai Nguyen province's socio-economic development achieved many positive milestones: the industrial production index increased by 8.81% compared to the same period last year; export turnover is estimated at 21 billion USD, import turnover at 13 billion USD; total retail sales of goods and service revenue reached over 69 trillion VND, an increase of 17.2%; and budget revenue reached 16,324 billion VND.

Notably, the province saw the establishment of over 1,300 new businesses, with a total registered capital exceeding 10,000 billion VND. This demonstrates the confidence, aspiration for progress, and vibrant competitive spirit within the business community of Thai Nguyen.

Currently, more than 13,000 businesses in the province are actively participating in and implementing various patriotic emulation movements such as: "Thai Nguyen Businesses United - Creative - Sustainable Development", "Emulation in Digital Transformation in Production and Business", "Green Businesses - Sustainable Development", "For Beloved Thai Nguyen"... Each movement has a strong ripple effect, arousing the spirit of innovation, creativity and social responsibility in the business community, becoming a driving force for the socio-economic development of the province.

During the period 2025-2030, the "Revenue Collection, Payment, and Budget Management" movement alone has attracted the attention and participation of agencies, units, localities, and the business community in the province, creating high consensus and determination to overcome difficulties, contributing to the completion of the province's socio-economic development plan; state budget revenue in the province increased from 16,440 billion VND in 2020 to 24,735 billion VND in 2025 (1.6 times higher). Since 2023, the province has been able to balance its revenue and expenditure and contribute to the central budget.
