Five candidates needed assistance with the exam due to health issues requiring medical support.

During the Math exam, two candidates violated the exam regulations by bringing mobile phones into the examination room. Therefore, in the Hanoi non-specialized public high school entrance exam for the 2026-2027 school year, four candidates were disqualified for the same violation.

Throughout the examination days, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training did not record any invigilators violating the regulations.

According to a reporter from the People's Army Newspaper, at the exam site at Ngo Quyen Secondary School in Bach Mai, one student fell ill and was taken out of the school early to the hospital. After the exam ended, the organizers arranged a car to transport the student to the hospital for treatment.

Thus, candidates taking the 10th grade entrance exam in Hanoi in 2026 have completed the exam for admission to non-specialized public high schools in 2026.

According to the plan, tomorrow, June 1st, candidates taking specialized subject exams will take their exams. From June 19th to 22nd, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training will announce the 10th grade exam results on the Department's electronic portal and the city's primary school enrollment portal.

For the 2026-2027 school year, Hanoi has 124,915 candidates registering for their first choice of grade 10 in non-specialized public high schools; the number of second and third choice registrations are 121,792 and 108,358 respectively. Meanwhile, the total enrollment quota allocated to 122 non-specialized public high schools is 79,533 students.
