When FPT increases to VND110,000, the investor wants to sell and will have to pay a 0.25% selling fee, equivalent to VND275,000, and an additional 0.1% personal income tax (PIT) fee of VND110,000. The total purchase and sale fee that the investor needs to pay is up to VND650,000, accounting for 16.25% of the transaction profit.
