These days, at the construction site of the Ky Ninh coastal tourist center infrastructure investment project (abbreviated as Ky Ninh coastal tourist square project), engineers and workers of the two construction units, Truong Thanh Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company and 68 Ha Tinh Construction Joint Stock Company, are working hard despite the hot weather.

Mr. Tran Xuan Quynh - Truong Thanh Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company said: "The unit in charge of constructing embankments, leveling the ground, drainage ditches... Although the workload is quite large, requiring high technical and quality requirements, thanks to the maximum mobilization of human resources and machinery, divided into many shifts for construction, up to this point, we have completed the embankment and drainage system. Currently, the unit is focusing on leveling the ground, lighting system... ".
Next door, workers from Ha Tinh Construction Joint Stock Company 68 are also focusing on building 5 roads leading to the square area. Mr. Tran Van Cuong - construction site commander said: "We are completing the roadbed, drainage ditches and sidewalks of 5 roads over 1 km long, with the construction volume reaching nearly 60%...".

Ky Ninh beach resort square has a total area of over 49,000m2 , invested by Ky Anh town construction project management board, with a total cost of nearly 113 billion VND.
The project includes the following items: leveling; internal roads paved with natural stone; Ky Ninh beach tourism symbol; traffic system; drainage system; square lighting...
Up to this point, the project has completed nearly 50% of its progress.
The project started in January 2023. After nearly 8 months of construction, nearly 50% of the construction volume has been completed.
Currently, the investor is closely coordinating with the contractor, regularly monitoring the construction site, checking progress weekly and monthly, promptly resolving arising difficulties, trying to complete basic construction items this year, striving to complete and hand over the project in August 2024.
