At the meeting, representatives of the Project Management Boards for Construction Investment in the Eastern Lam Dong region briefly reported on the disbursement of public investment capital as well as the progress of project implementation in 2025.
At the meeting, the Tuy Phong Area Construction Investment Project Management Board informed that by the end of September 2025, 35.95% of the capital plan had been disbursed. In the coming time, they will focus on accelerating the progress and are determined to reach a rate of over 95% by January 31, 2026.
Tuy Phong Area Project Management Board said that currently, many projects are facing difficulties, stuck in compensation and site clearance, and in some cases, compensation plans and specific land prices have not been approved to carry out compensation work...
For the Bac Binh Area Construction Investment Project Management Board, up to now, the disbursement has reached 51.85% of the capital plan for 2025. It is expected that the whole year will strive to reach about 97%. However, in the area, there are still a number of projects with newly registered capital for construction, but have not been implemented, or have encountered difficulties in compensation and site clearance, affecting the payment of compensation to households.
As for the Ham Thuan Bac Construction Investment Project Management Board, as of September 30, 47% of the 2025 capital plan has been disbursed. It is expected that by the end of December, the disbursement rate will increase to 90% and by January 31, 2026, it will reach more than 95%. Currently, this unit is also facing some difficulties in site clearance and specific land valuation...
Meanwhile, as of early October, the Ham Thuan Nam Construction Investment Project Management Board has only disbursed 47%, and it is possible that the whole year of 2025 can reach 95% of the capital plan. This unit said that in the past time, it has encountered many difficulties and problems that have affected the disbursement progress. In particular, the most difficult is the work of compensation, site clearance or the case of projects with excess capital (inability to disburse all planned capital, no need to use the reserve cost part...).
After listening to the reports of the Regional Construction Investment Project Management Boards, representatives of the leaders of relevant departments, branches and units, the Provincial People's Committee Office also contributed many relevant opinions. Along with that, a number of solutions were proposed to remove difficulties and obstacles to promote the disbursement progress of local public investment capital in the last months of 2025...
Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh acknowledged the results of public investment disbursement of the regional construction investment project management boards. Since there is not much time left in the year, the units must demonstrate more responsibility, determination and effort in the work of disbursing public investment capital in 2025 to bring about the highest results, reaching a rate of 100%.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested that the Regional Construction Investment Project Management Boards need to develop Gantt charts (implementation progress tables). On that basis, review and assign staff in charge of each project and make weekly reports to promptly handle difficulties and problems. In the long term, review and re-evaluate the capacity of construction units, especially in terms of capacity and experience to ensure the implementation of works and projects on schedule...
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed that the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 and departments, branches and functional units need to coordinate to implement a number of related contents, in order to bring about high results in disbursing public investment capital for the units.
Especially in planning, site clearance, project document appraisal, capital adjustment, approval of completed investment capital settlement, guidance on specific land price development, etc. Thereby contributing to creating a positive change in the "picture" of public investment capital disbursement in 2025 in Lam Dong province.
