Sharing about the results achieved in 2023, Ms. Ho Thi Diem Phuc - CEO of Thiskyhall said: “Regarding business operations - sales marketing, Thiskyhall has implemented premises leasing, pricing policies and sales processes for 2024. At the same time, we have completed the brand publications and implemented the operating strategy on social networking platforms; built business processes, food & beverage standards, party/event operation standards. In particular, we have completed the construction, renovation and installation of the central kitchen with an area of over 2,700m2. This is the largest and most modern kitchen space in Ho Chi Minh City, officially putting F&B services into operation from January 2024.”

This year, Thiskyhall Sala sets a revenue target of 185 billion VND, of which revenue from TTHN-TC is 170 billion VND, the F&B restaurant model is 15 billion VND. To achieve the goal, Thiskyhall implements 3 key tasks as follows:
One is to focus on perfecting the service for TTHN-TC Thiskyhall Sala and its operating procedures TTHN-TC and F&B outlets; Promote marketing business activities. Second, put into operation all services of Thiskyhall Sala, creating the premise to put into operation the center TTHN-TC Thiskyhall Truong Chinh - Phan Huy Ich. Third, deploy research on system expansion strategy. TTHN-TC Thiskyhall brand in the period 2025-2027 with 07 projects across the country.
Regarding human resource management, Thiskyhall focuses on perfecting human resource development policies for each personnel component (leaders and potential personnel, permanent and part-time seasonal staff). Perfecting human resource criteria and standards, building salary policies, benefits and welfare regimes. At the same time, Thiskyhall recruited 109 new employees, bringing the total to 166 employees by the end of this year.
In addition, Thiskyhall continues to improve its management work to control the progress of work according to the committed schedule; build and standardize the system of regulations and procedures on operations and KPI management for each department, division, division and employee.
