Public opinion is currently very excited about information related to policies on tuition exemption, reduction, support, and increased subsidies for students such as: The Politburo decided to exempt all tuition fees for students from preschool to high school nationwide, effective from the beginning of the new school year 2025-2026; expand beneficiaries and increase support levels for nursery children, students, and trainees in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, coastal and island areas from May 1, 2025.

In particular, the information that the Politburo has just agreed on the policy that primary and secondary schools should organize 2 sessions/day depending on the conditions of each locality in terms of facilities, finance and teachers; there is a roadmap to gradually implement this policy, in which it is necessary to combine State investment with social encouragement, which is highly supported by the people, especially people in large cities such as Bien Hoa city. Teaching 2 sessions/day without fees not only reduces costs for parents, reduces the problem of extra teaching and learning, but also reduces the pressure on students to study, helps students to enhance their learning of life skills, culture, and arts, ensuring comprehensive development for students.

The above-mentioned directions of the Politburo are not only in line with the people's wishes, but also clearly demonstrate the spirit of humanity, social responsibility and long-term investment strategy for national human resources. This is not only a social security policy, but also a testament to the Party and State's continuous efforts in building a quality, comprehensive and fair education system, ensuring equal learning opportunities for all citizens, regardless of region or economic conditions.

To effectively implement these humane policies, it is necessary to continue close coordination between all levels of government, the education sector and society. Monitoring, evaluation and transparency mechanisms in implementation need to be strengthened to ensure that policies reach the right people and targets.

At the same time, the Ministry of Education and Training, ministries, branches and localities also need to fully prepare conditions in terms of facilities, teachers, teaching programs and educational activities so that primary and secondary schools can teach two sessions per day to ensure improving the quality of education.

It can be said that the above strong decisions will gradually remove bottlenecks, focus investment resources to rapidly modernize and improve the quality of education and training with the aim of promoting social progress, expanding opportunities for all people to access quality education, lifelong learning and maximize individual potential; create high-quality human resources, meeting the requirements of the country's breakthrough development in the new period.
