At sea, day and night of March 15th, the eastern part of the North East Sea will experience northeasterly winds of force 6, sometimes force 7, gusting to force 8-9, with rough seas; the central East Sea will have northeasterly winds of force 5, sometimes force 6, gusting to force 7-8, with rough seas and waves 2-4m high; the sea area from Khanh Hoa to Vinh Long and the western part of the South East Sea (including the western part of the Truong Sa special zone) will have strong northeasterly winds of force 6, gusting to force 7-8, with rough seas. From March 16th, winds in these sea areas will gradually weaken.
