He is the father of comrade Tran Ngoc Tam - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ben Tre province.
Due to old age, Mr. Tran Cong Minh (Hai Cong) passed away at 1:40 a.m. on April 15, 2025 (March 18, At Ty year), at the age of 90, 65 years of Party membership.
The funeral will begin at 9:15 a.m. on April 15, 2025 (March 18, At Ty year), at An Thuan hamlet, An Phu Trung commune, Ba Tri district, Ben Tre province.
The funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m. on April 17, 2025 (March 20, At Ty year) at the house in An Thuan hamlet, An Phu Trung commune, Ba Tri district, Ben Tre province.
