❐ Condition:

§ In order to improve the quality of customer service, the transfer candidates commit to relocating the store immediately after completing the transfer procedure. The new location must be at least 1km away from the current HEADs , fully meet the standards of new facilities and interiors as prescribed by HVN, as well as comply with the requirements related to the lease term at the new business location. HVN will conduct a comprehensive assessment based on the transfer proposal and relocation plan provided by the candidates.

· A valid application is one that includes all required documents, is sent by post and is received at the Hanoi office within the time specified above.

· All information in the candidate's profile must be legal, honest, accurate and complete . In case the information is determined to be incorrect or incomplete, the profile will be considered invalid.

· In addition to the hard copy, candidates please send a scanned copy (soft copy) to the email address: mcs_dd@honda.com.vn . Documents sent via email are for reference purposes only and cannot replace hard copies. In all cases, hard copies are the sole basis for evaluating and selecting candidates.

· The final decision of the HVN Board of Directors on candidate selection will be communicated in writing after HVN has completed the candidate evaluation procedure.

· HVN is not responsible for any transactions between International Trading Joint Stock Company and your business.

· The candidate commits to inherit all rights and obligations of International Trading Joint Stock Company with HVN and customers.
