DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROGRAM "COLLECTING BOXES, SPREADING GREEN LIVING 2024"

“Collecting Cartons, Spreading Green Living 2024” is a program organized by TH Group , in collaboration with partner Tetra Pak - a world-famous product packaging supplier, with the aim of encouraging customers to take positive actions, collect and recycle used milk cartons, join hands to protect the environment and spread a green lifestyle.

The program will take place at 20 TH true mart stores in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. In order to help customers more conveniently collect, TH would like to send customers detailed instructions about the program, including activities in the program, a list of participating TH true mart stores, and specific instructions on how to prepare milk cartons for collection.

OVERVIEW
Program activities: Customers bring any milk carton (regardless of brand or manufacturer) that has been cleaned and folded according to instructions to one of the 20 nearest TH true mart stores participating in the program to collect and have the opportunity to receive lucky gifts every month.

For instructions on how to clean used milk cartons, please refer to section B.

Program duration: February 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024, from 8:00 – 17:30 from Monday to Sunday. To ensure environmental hygiene, TH does not collect unsanitary boxes and outside the time and location stated above.

Gift: Give away 1,000 Canvas bags at TH true mart to lucky customers every month who participate in the milk carton collection and exchange program (detailed rules at thugomvohop.thmilk.vn).

Especially in 02 weeks: from April 22, 2024 - April 28, 2024 (week with "Earth Day" April 22) and from June 3, 2024 - June 9, 2024 (week with "World Environment Day" June 5), the first 350 customers who bring at least 30 TH milk cartons to 20 collection stores according to the attached list in the Appendix will be given 01 (one) TH Tetra Pak Recycling Notebook. Quantity: 350 notebooks/store/week.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING AND DISPOSING USED MILK CARTONS

Customers can absolutely apply other collection and treatment methods to ensure environmental hygiene. However, your boxes must meet the following criteria to be eligible to participate in the program:

Clean and fold neatly, free of impurities, bacteria, parasites, etc.
No foul odors caused by parasites (cockroaches, flies, bugs...).

To ensure environmental hygiene in and around the TH true mart store, TH would like to refuse to accept used boxes that have not been properly treated, causing foul odors or strange odors or containing impurities.

Currently, only partners participating in TH's milk carton recycling project are capable of recycling milk carton packaging containing paper. Therefore, with this program, TH collects paper milk cartons from all brands and manufacturers, including 220 ml paper bags (fino), but does not collect milk bags or plastic bottles. We hope that Customers will sympathize and collect the correct paper milk carton products, as well as properly dispose of the cartons to ensure a clean, green environment.
