The recall decision was issued after Dat Hua Company Limited (located in An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) sent a document to the Department of Drug Administration requesting the voluntary recall of 54 cosmetic product declaration receipts. These include cosmetics for lips, makeup powder, skin care products, etc.

The Drug Administration also announced the recall of 15 product declaration receipt numbers of 15 cosmetics announced and responsible for being put on the market by HS Alliance Company Limited. HS Alliance Company Limited is located in Van Quan Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi . Among the products voluntarily recalling the declaration form, there are cosmetics introduced as shower gel, skin whitening cream...

In addition, the Drug Administration has announced the withdrawal of 14 cosmetic product declaration receipts, including 12 Dove Unilever Japan cosmetics and 2 Bioderma France cosmetics. These 14 cosmetics have received a written request for voluntary withdrawal of the declaration form from Human Offshore Partners Software Services Company Limited (address at Duong Noi Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi).

Previously, in May, the Ministry of Health issued an official dispatch requesting the People's Committees of provinces and cities to strengthen inspection and examination of cosmetic production and trading activities. Regularly conduct post-inspection of cosmetics already in circulation on the market through sampling and testing.

The Ministry of Health also requested that provinces and cities recall and destroy all cosmetics suspected of being fake, of unknown origin, of poor quality, and unsafe for consumers.
