
Ms. Thai Thi Mai, Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor, informed: With the motto "Where there are workers, there is a trade union organization", every year, the Provincial Federation of Labor proactively coordinates with Party committees, authorities, specialized agencies and functional branches to survey and collect statistics on labor and enterprises in the area. At the same time, build and sign coordination regulations with the Provincial Business Association and related units, focusing on developing union members and establishing grassroots unions. The Provincial Federation of Labor also organizes survey teams to grasp the labor situation in the informal sector, and mobilize the establishment of grassroots unions.
Strengthen the role of the upper-level trade union in guiding and supporting the grassroots in implementing the emulation movements "Good workers - Creative workers", encouraging workers to improve productivity and promote initiatives. Strengthen propaganda and mobilize union members and workers to comply with the Party's guidelines, the State's laws and policies, and regulations of organizations, agencies and enterprises.
Promote the role of trade unions in inspection, supervision, and social criticism; innovate and improve the quality of negotiation, signing, and implementation of collective labor agreements; ensure rights regarding wages, bonuses, shift meals, and labor protection; build harmonious labor relations. Regularly listen to and grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members to promptly resolve arising issues, contributing to building a strong trade union organization.

Since the beginning of the year, the Provincial Federation of Labor has established 12 grassroots unions in state-owned enterprises and 1 trade union; and admitted 633 new members. Currently, the Provincial Federation of Labor manages 188 grassroots unions, including: 58 public service unions; 13 non-public service unions; 8 state-owned enterprise unions; 86 non-state enterprise unions; 10 cooperative unions and 13 trade unions, with a total of 12,051 members.
The Trade Union of Binh Minh International Primary - Secondary and High School, Mam Loc Company Limited, currently has 86 union members and employees. After transferring to the Provincial Federation of Labor for management, under the direct guidance and direction of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Trade Union Executive Committee coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to develop a labor agreement, collect employees' opinions and sign the agreement at the labor conference.
Mr. Nguyen Trung Thanh, Chairman of the Trade Union of Binh Minh International Primary - Secondary and High School, said: Through the union organization, the labor agreement was signed, 100% of the staff, teachers, employees and workers are working in a spacious environment, modern in terms of facilities, guaranteed salary and bonus regime, social insurance, health insurance and other welfare regimes, helping workers feel secure in their attachment to the unit.

Determined to expand the organization and develop union members, from now until the end of the year, the Provincial Federation of Labor aims to establish two grassroots unions in non-state enterprises and recruit 500 new union members. The Provincial Federation of Labor has established working groups to work directly with local Party committees, authorities and enterprises, grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, and strengthen the connection between unions and workers. Organize training and foster skills and expertise for union officials, especially those who directly work on union member development. At the same time, promptly commend and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in propaganda and mobilization work, contributing to building an increasingly strong union organization..., protecting the rights and legitimate interests of workers, worthy of being a reliable bridge between workers, enterprises and the government, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
