On May 26, 2026, Hanoi University of Science and Technology officially announced the results of the 3rd round of the 2026 Thinking Skills Assessment (TSA) exam. This round was held in three sessions on May 16 and 17, 2026, attracting more than 22,000 registered candidates.

The exam took place simultaneously at 32 testing locations in Hanoi and 11 provinces and cities including: Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Son La, Thai Nguyen, Lao Cai, Ninh Binh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Ha Tinh and Da Nang. With a 97% participation rate, the exam was a success in terms of organization and grading. According to the recently announced results, the highest score in the third round was 93.76/100 . The top scorer in this round is a studentfrom Ninh Giang High School, Hai Phong . Statistics show that 6 students scored above 90 points, 83 students scored above 80 points, and 878 students scored above 70 points. The average score for the third round was 53.17/100 . Across all three TSA exam sessions in 2026, the system recorded nearly 60,000 participants. The highest score achieved that year was 98.98/100. Overall, in 2026, 13 candidates scored above 90 points, 175 candidates scored above 80 points, and 1,577 candidates scored above 70 points. The average score for candidates in 2026 was 54.96/100 . Currently, candidates can access their personal accounts at https://tsa.hust.edu.vn to view their exam results. Hanoi University of Science and Technology issues exam result certificates in the form of electronic signatures directly to the candidate's account. Candidates use this electronic certificate to complete their university admission application. Those who wish to receive a printed copy must register on the system. In the 2026 admissions season, the results of the Thinking Skills Assessment test will be used by more than 50 universities for admission consideration.
