Land use fee collection over 2,760 billion VND

QTO - According to information from Quang Tri Provincial Tax Department, by the end of July 2025, the state budget revenue from land use (SDĐ) in the province was over 2,760 billion VND, equal to 93.6% of the central budget estimate, equal to 75% of the provincial budget estimate, an increase of 59.9% over the same period.

One of the reasons why the land use tax revenue is higher than the estimate and increases compared to the same period is because in the first 6 months of 2025, Son Hai Riverside Company Limited paid a debt of 478 billion VND (no increase in the same period). In addition, the locality implemented land fund projects to auction land use fees according to plan and organized relatively successful land use fee auctions.

To successfully complete the budget collection task, Quang Tri Provincial Tax has developed a scenario for the remaining months to implement the collection; invited units with large debts, especially units with land use fee debts, to urge them to pay into the budget; continued to closely follow the tasks of preventing revenue loss, reviewing revenue sources, focusing on urging the collection of extended and due amounts according to the Government's resolution.
