Thuan Nam implements tasks for the second quarter of 2025.

On the morning of March 26th, the People's Committee of Thuan Nam district held a meeting to assess the implementation of tasks in the first quarter and to plan for the second quarter of 2025.

In the first quarter of 2025, budget revenue in Thuan Nam district increased compared to the same period last year, estimated at 34.868 billion VND, reaching 42% of the provincial budget target; reaching 41% of the district People's Council budget target, exceeding the same period last year by 75%. Total production is estimated at 16,781 tons, reaching 21% of the plan, an increase of 1.18% compared to the same period last year. Aquaculture production is estimated at 1,269 tons, reaching 26.54% of the plan, an increase of 36.15% compared to the same period last year. The district started construction of 26 new houses and repaired 5 houses for 31 households facing housing difficulties; proactively implemented investment procedures and promptly allocated capital to accelerate construction of projects, ensuring disbursement of allocated funds for 2025 according to the plan. Land clearance for key projects is being prioritized and accelerated, especially focusing on tasks related to the Ninh Thuan 1 Nuclear Power Plant project. Simultaneously, efforts are being focused on streamlining the organizational structure to ensure efficient and effective operation, in accordance with Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017, of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

In the second quarter, Thuan Nam district urgently addressed and handled issues, creating the most favorable conditions for the production, business, and investment activities of enterprises; accelerated land clearance for the Ninh Thuan 1 Nuclear Power Plant project; strived to complete 263 houses for households facing housing difficulties; strengthened efforts to increase budget revenue from land resources; and implemented the process of reviewing and reorganizing the administrative apparatus in accordance with the central government's policy...
