Based on the above objectives, in the coming period, our province will continue to promote the development of the digital economy, with one of the key focuses being the development of digital technology enterprises, providing digital technology products, developing digital content, digital advertising, creative industries, platform economy, sharing economy, e-commerce, and smart manufacturing. At the same time, we will promote digital transformation in enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, to enhance their competitiveness and contribute to the development of the local digital economy. We will increase the rate of transactions by people, organizations, and businesses in the digital environment, using digital platforms. We will encourage and create favorable conditions for digital technology enterprises (telecommunications and information technology service providers) and digital platform enterprises to operate effectively in the province.

Digital transformation in businesses aims to achieve the following goals: increasing efficiency and productivity, improving customer experience, expanding markets and increasing revenue, optimizing management processes, leveraging data and information, enhancing competitiveness, protecting the environment and promoting sustainable development, and fostering innovation and creativity. The focus is on key tasks: Digital Marketing, digital governance, and transforming business methods and models primarily based on digital platforms and data. Support from government agencies will be implemented on a broad and prioritized scale.

Building a sustainable digital commerce market, widely applying e-commerce platforms in businesses and communities; developing digital infrastructure and services to support e-commerce development; applying cashless online payment platforms in the community. Developing the digital economy in various sectors, focusing on: agriculture; healthcare; education and training; labor, employment and social security; trade, industry and energy; tourism; resources and environment; finance and banking; transportation and logistics.
