To ensure proactiveness in collecting, updating, and cataloging documents and records to serve the management and exploitation of organizations and individuals in need, especially serving the professional work of the Natural Resources and Environment sector (now the Agriculture and Environment sector ) in a scientific , timely, and highly effective manner.
Submitted documents are processed and bundled in 3-string binders or button bags, with minutes and detailed lists included in each document, so the delivery, verification and processing of documents is very convenient, saving time and manpower.
Since the beginning of 2025, the leaders and civil servants of the Environmental Management Department have proactively coordinated with officers and employees of the information storage department, under the Land Registration Office - Department of Natural Resources and Environment (now the Department of Agriculture & Environment) to agree on the collection and submission of documents in the field of environmental protection, to edit, create a catalog of archives, preserve records, serve the exploitation, lookup, provide information, serve the professional work of the Agriculture and Environment sector according to regulations.
In the first 6 months of the year, the Department of Environmental Management has submitted 11 batches, with a total of 338 sets of documents. Each set of documents submitted has a detailed list of document components, accompanied by a separate submission record for each file equivalent to 01 project, so it is very convenient for receiving, processing, and cataloging documents, effectively serving the work of archiving and preserving documents in the field of Environmental Management in particular and the valuable achievements of the whole industry in general, contributing especially importantly to the work of archiving and preserving documents to serve the professional work of the industry and the general political tasks of Cao Bang province.
After being processed and classified, documents are stored in boxes, protected from mold and mildew, and neatly arranged on specialized iron shelves. Document retrieval and search services are also performed quickly to meet all professional task needs.
With the responsible role in professional work, the close and flexible coordination between the Environmental Management Department and the Information and Archives Department, the Land Registration Office has done a good job of collecting and submitting documents in the first 6 months of 2025 according to plan, and continues to urge the collection and submission of archives in the last 6 months of 2025, in order to manage closely, scientifically, systematically, avoid damage and loss of documents, in order to meet the needs of serving the work of exploiting documents quickly and neatly, improving the quality and efficiency of professional work in the Agriculture and Environment sector, contributing to effectively advising the general economic and political development of Cao Bang province.
