Accordingly, the Nha Trang Bay Management Board, tourism service businesses and tour guides remind and instruct tourists not to bring and use non-degradable plastic bags, plastic bottled water under 1.5 liters and disposable plastic products through the pier; at the same time, arrange 100kg of biodegradable bags to distribute to tourists to replace non-degradable plastic bags. The above biodegradable bags are supported by the Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Nha Trang Branch Cluster.

The regulation "Do not bring disposable plastic products through Nha Trang Tourist Wharf" has been implemented by Nha Trang Bay Management Board since October 1, 2023 to improve the effectiveness of environmental protection and biodiversity in Nha Trang Bay. In the coming time, the unit will continue to promote propaganda to raise awareness and sense of responsibility of tourism service businesses, tourists, and people operating in Nha Trang Bay regarding environmental protection; require inland waterway vehicles carrying tourists to sign a commitment not to let tourists bring disposable plastic products on board when visiting Nha Trang Bay.
