According to artisan Luu Khanh Toan, creating a delicious, distinctive, high-quality, and safe cup of coffee requires adhering to a six-step process: scientific verification, seedling production, cultivation, coffee bean processing, roasting, and brewing. The more steps followed in a cup of coffee, the higher its distinctive quality.

However, currently, most customers only enjoy a cup of coffee during the last three stages: processing the coffee beans, roasting, and brewing; and even then, only at the brewing stage, meaning the coffee shop brews it however they want, while they have virtually no knowledge of the cultivation process, the variety, the scientific methods used, etc.

Based on these insights, artisan Luu Khanh Toan collaborated with Green Life JSC to create LKT Coffee, a product developed using a six-step process to produce a unique coffee experience.

This helps coffee producers gain a clearer understanding of the role of each stage in determining the quality of coffee, aiming to build a synchronized and optimized production process. At the same time, it provides consumers with more choices for their favorite coffees, along with transparent, complete, and readily available information.

According to Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung (Green Life JSC) - the company managing the LKT Coffee brand, LKT coffee products focus on specialty, experiential, and 5-star segments, so production quantities are very limited, mainly selected from a few coffee plantations in Lam Dong . Among them, the most famous and distinctive is the "Fragmented Coffee" group.

"Because it is produced using the 'R-Chao' and 'More Pure' processes, coffee flakes are very versatile in use; they can be used directly (brewed like tea) or ground into powder (brewed like coffee)," Mr. Hung explained.

Artisan Luu Khanh Toan (71 years old) is originally from Hanoi . Before 2000, he had the opportunity to work in the Central Highlands and developed a passion for coffee. For over 20 years, he has continuously experimented and researched to perfect the coffee production chain "from farm to cup" in detail, meticulously from seed selection - planting - care - harvesting to processing - roasting - brewing, in order to create diverse coffee flavors according to his wishes.

Having obtained high-quality roasted and ground coffee, he researched and developed various coffee brewing sets. Most recently, he created an improved rotating coffee filter set, based on the traditional coffee filter, to introduce several new, elegant, and unique ways to enjoy coffee, captivating the palates of coffee lovers.

To date, he has brought to customers and partners specialty coffee products, "From farm to cup," with unique production processes under the LKT Coffee brand. This artisan hopes that more and more Vietnamese and people around the world will love and trust Vietnamese coffee, embodying the four essential elements of the philosophy of "first water, second coffee, third brewing, fourth teapot." In particular, he aims to elevate Vietnamese coffee products to a new level: the art of coffee.
