According to artisan Luu Khanh Toan, to create a delicious, different, quality, and safe cup of coffee, it is necessary to follow a 6-step process including scientific confirmation, seedling production, cultivation, coffee bean processing, roasting, and brewing. The more steps a cup of coffee ensures, the higher the quality of the difference.

However, currently, most customers only enjoy a cup of coffee in the last 3 processes including processing coffee beans, roasting, and brewing; even just at the brewing level, meaning the shop brews it for the consumer to drink, but the cultivation process, the variety, the scientific type... are almost completely unknown.

From the above perceptions, artisan Luu Khanh Toan cooperated with Green Life Joint Stock Company to launch LKT Coffee product with a 6-step process to create a different coffee product.

Thereby, helping coffee makers to have a clearer understanding of the role of each stage in the quality of coffee, aiming to build a synchronous and optimal production process. At the same time, it brings many choices for consumers for their favorite coffee with related information in a transparent, complete and clear manner.

According to Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung (Green Life Joint Stock Company) - the unit managing the LKT Coffee brand, LKT coffee products are focused on specialties, experiences, and 5-star segments, so the production quantity is very limited, mainly selected from a few coffee gardens in Lam Dong . In which, the most famous difference is the "Fragmented Coffee" group.

“Because it is produced by the “R-Chao” and “More Pure” processes, coffee flakes are very flexible in use, can be used directly (brewed like tea style) or ground into powder (brewed like coffee style)” - Mr. Hung analyzed.

Artisan Luu Khanh Toan (71 years old) is originally from Hanoi . Before 2000, he had the opportunity to work in the Central Highlands and fell in love with coffee. For over 20 years, he has continuously experimented and researched to perfect the coffee production chain "from farm to cup of coffee" in detail, meticulously from the stages of selecting varieties - growing - caring - harvesting to processing - roasting - brewing, to create cups of coffee with diverse flavors as desired.

When he had high quality roasted coffee products, he researched, improved and developed many coffee making tools. Most recently, the rotating filter set was improved from the traditional coffee filter to introduce some new, elegant and unique ways to enjoy coffee, conquering the taste of customers who love this drink.
