The Standing Secretariat congratulated and commended the province's efforts, struggles and comprehensive results, which have contributed positively to the overall achievements of the country; suggested that in the new term, Ha Tinh continue to identify building and rectifying the Party and the political system as key; persistently build a clean and strong Party organization in terms of ideology, ethics and organization; maintain solidarity and unity, creating endogenous strength; promote the responsibility of leaders with the motto "words go hand in hand with actions, do more than talk, and hold fewer meetings".
The Standing Secretariat also requested Ha Tinh to continue to strictly implement the policies and resolutions of the Central Committee, especially the pillar resolutions issued in 2025; actively study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style and regulations on setting an example for cadres and party members; innovate cadre work; build a truly exemplary cadre team with thinking and capacity; protect dynamic, innovative cadres who dare to think and dare to do; strengthen inspection and supervision work; focus on internal affairs, fight against corruption, negativity, and waste.
Ha Tinh focuses on building an honest government that operates effectively, efficiently, and effectively. "The Congress will only be successful when the set goals and targets are successfully achieved, and the material and spiritual life of the people is improved." Emphasizing this, the Standing Secretariat suggested that "right after the Congress, Ha Tinh needs to resolutely implement solutions to bring the Resolution into life.
