Quang Ngai announces the Prime Minister's Decision on personnel work

On the afternoon of October 2, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province held a conference to announce the Prime Minister's Decision on personnel work and approve the election results of two Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province for the 2021-2026 term. Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province Nguyen Hoang Giang chaired the conference.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang presented the Prime Minister 's approval decision and presented flowers to congratulate the new Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term to comrades Nguyen Cong Hoang and Do Tam Hien.

At the conference, Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Ngai province Ta Cong Dung announced Decision No. 2166/QD-TTg and Decision No. 2168/QD-TTg signed by Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh , approving the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, term 2021-2026 for Mr. Nguyen Cong Hoang, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Ba Gia commune and Mr. Do Tam Hien, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary of Khanh Cuong commune.

The above decisions take effect from October 1, 2025.

Previously, on the afternoon of September 24, at the 4th Session (special session), the 13th term Quang Ngai Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, by secret ballot, 67/67 delegates attending the meeting (100%) unanimously elected Mr. Nguyen Cong Hoang and Mr. Do Tam Hien to hold the position of Vice Chairmen of the Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee, term 2021-2026.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang congratulated comrades Nguyen Cong Hoang and Do Tam Hien on having the Prime Minister approve the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

The head of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province believes that comrades Nguyen Cong Hoang and Do Tam Hien, who have received basic training and have experience in many working positions, will successfully complete their assigned tasks.

After the merger, the province has placed great demands on the locality in economic development, maintaining security, order, and ensuring national defense and security. Therefore, the addition of 2 Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee is very important so that the collective leadership of the Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee can concentrate their efforts and intelligence, discuss and exchange in directing and operating socio-economic development, national defense and security in the province.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang suggested that comrades Nguyen Cong Hoang and Do Tam Hien should continue to cultivate and practice ethics, conduct, promote strengths, and ability to operate, administer, and manage the province's socio-economic activities. In particular, it is necessary to supplement and update new knowledge, new requirements and tasks, especially in-depth expertise to advise, lead, direct, and operate the Provincial People's Committee in the coming time.

At the same time, we hope that the two new Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province will soon adapt to their work, closely coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and local authorities, for the goal of making Quang Ngai province increasingly developed.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Cong Hoang expressed that being trusted, introduced and elected to the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province for the 2021-2026 term is a great honor, and at the same time a heavy responsibility that the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Ngai province trust and entrust.

Comrade Nguyen Cong Hoang said that he took on the task at a time when Quang Ngai province had just successfully organized the first Congress of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, a political event of historical significance, opening a new development path for his homeland Quang Ngai.
