On the afternoon of August 1, Party Central Committee member and Provincial Party Secretary Bui Thi Quynh Van chaired a working session with subcommittees serving the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, to check the progress of task implementation, remove difficulties and orient preparations for the upcoming congress.

At the meeting, representatives of the subcommittees reported on the progress of the implementation of assigned tasks according to the overall plan to serve the congress. In particular, the Document Subcommittee is actively completing the draft political report, draft review report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, draft Resolution and Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and accompanying documents.
Up to now, the documents and materials for the congress have been basically prepared on schedule. The draft Political Report is scientifically constructed, concise, succinct, clearly demonstrating action, with strategic orientation, inheriting the outstanding results of the previous term, promoting the potential, strengths, and new development space of the locality, linking with the country's development path, regional and area orientation.
The political report was organized to collect comments at the grassroots party congresses, party committees under the Provincial Party Committee and to collect opinions from all walks of life. The Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee also organized to collect opinions from former provincial leaders and former members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
The Personnel Subcommittee has completed the personnel plan, ensuring standards, structure, and compliance with regulations, and submitted it to the central government for consideration.
The Congress Propaganda and Service Subcommittee coordinated with relevant units in developing the overall scenario, organization plan, decoration, celebration, ensuring security and order, and promoting extensive propaganda among cadres, party members, and people about the meaning and importance of the congress.

The Central Party Committee member and Provincial Party Secretary informed that the congress is expected to take place over 2 days (September 10-12, 2025). There is not much time left until the congress, while there is still a lot of work to do. Therefore, he requested that the subcommittees continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, effective coordination, enhance the sense of responsibility, and focus highly on solving the work.
In particular, the Document Subcommittee urgently completed the draft document, consulted the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and submitted it to the Central Committee on schedule. The Personnel Subcommittee fully compiled information of 450 delegates attending the congress to serve the work of verifying qualifications and building a database of delegates. At the same time, based on the regulations of the Central Committee, proposed the composition of the delegation to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The Congress Propaganda and Service Subcommittee will arrange personnel with clear roles, tasks, and responsibilities in logistics, reception, and welcoming delegates. Prepare full plans to ensure security and order; receive citizens and organize cultural and artistic activities to welcome the congress. At the same time, strengthen propaganda, create an exciting and competitive atmosphere throughout the Party and people towards the congress.
