Tien Giang has 2 students winning the Kim Dong Award for the 2024 - 2025 school year

The National Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress is held every 5 years. The delegates are children with outstanding achievements in studying, training, actively participating in Association and Team activities and competing to carry out Uncle Ho's 5 teachings well.

Tien Giang students won the title of Good Children of Uncle Ho nationwide for the 10th time - 2025.

Within the framework of the 10th National Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children - 2025, the Central Youth Union and the Central Council of the Young Pioneers organized the Kim Dong Award Ceremony - a noble award for outstanding team members and team leaders nationwide at the Presidential Palace.

Tien Giang is honored to have 2 honored delegates, including: Phung Phuoc Thinh (Deputy Team Leader of My Phuoc Town Secondary School, Tan Phuoc District) and La Que Uyen (Team Leader of Le Ngoc Han Secondary School, My Tho City).

Phung Phuoc Thinh has just won the title of Uncle Ho's Good Child nationwide for the 10th time - 2025, and has just won the Kim Dong Award for the 2024 - 2025 school year.

Phung Phuoc Thinh has many outstanding achievements, receiving a Certificate of Merit from the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, is a member of the Tien Giang Provincial Youth Council, has received many Certificates of Merit from the Tien Giang Provincial Youth Union, has won the title of Uncle Ho's Good Child at the provincial level in 2025 and at the district level for many consecutive years, along with awards in the Youth Union and study movements. In particular, Thinh has excellent academic results with an average score always above 9.

Uyen is also an excellent student of the school with an almost perfect average academic score.

The Kim Dong Award is a noble award of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to recognize and encourage team members with outstanding achievements in studying, training and participating in Team activities.
