According to the Hanoi Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, production and business in the city have faced many difficulties in the last months of the year amid market fluctuations, economic crisis and the risk of the pandemic breaking out. Some businesses lack funds to pay workers' salaries, including a company that owes nearly VND1.65 billion in wages and is looking for a source of payment. This unit and the Hanoi Trade Union are monitoring the situation to ensure the rights of workers.
