Thanh Luong confirmed his departure from Hanoi Club on his personal page.
Pham Thanh Luong will end his contract with Hanoi FC in November 2023. The former player born in 1988 has not played regularly for the capital team in the last two seasons and wants to move into coaching.
On his personal page, Luong "di" confirmed that he has left Hanoi FC to prepare for a new journey. The Hang Day team also announced that Thanh Luong will move to Hoa Binh Club on loan for 2 months.
Thanh Luong is a role model for many young players.

This versatile midfielder, only 1.66 m tall, played a total of 240 matches, scored 18 goals and was an indispensable pillar in the Hanoi FC squad for many consecutive seasons.
In the national team jersey, Thanh Luong is also a "hero" in the attack line at all team levels thanks to his skillful individual technique, top-notch acceleration and passing skills, sharp vision, effective finishing and clever playing style.
Preliminary statistics in 12 years as a player, Thanh Luong scored 7 goals in 78 matches, was an effective striker in the Vietnamese team that won the AFF Cup 2008. At his peak, Luong "di" won 4 Vietnamese Golden Ball awards in 2009, 2011, 2014, 2016.
